Anita’s mother Mrs. Mui (Tam Mei Kam) is Deluded and Greedy Old woman

In  Anita's WILL:

In her will, she bequeathed two properties to her fashion designer, and the remainder to the Karen Trust – a trust she had set up and looked after by HSBC International Trustees. Its beneficiaries included her mother, Tam Mei-kam, and four nieces and nephews. The Karen Trust provided Tam with a life tenancy of HK$70,000 per month; upon Tam's death, the estate would go to the New Horizon Buddhist Association absolutely.
In 2005, Tam received a HK$705,000 lump-sum payment from the trust in May. She applied for and obtained a hardship grant to pay for medical expenditure of $50,000 in December; her application for funds from the estate to challenge the will was denied. In 2008, Anita Mui's estate was estimated to be worth HK$100 million. Tam Mei-kam contested the will, arguing that Anita was mentally unfit when she executed her will in 2003, weeks before her death. The High Court ruled that Mui was of sound mind when she signed the will, and that Mui simply did not trust her mother with money. Through the years, Tam mounted several legal challenges to the will, and succeeded in having the life tenancy varied to $120,000. Tam was reportedly still owing $2 million in legal costs. A fresh appeal by Tam and elder brother Peter Mui failed at the Court of Final Appeal in May 2011.

PT:

The court should charge them illegal selling & make the "Trust Fund" paid for authorizing selling Anita's estate items with full price.
If the mum is the one who give authority to sell, there may be a bribery going on between the "Trust Fund" & Anita’s mother Mrs. Mui (Tam Mei Kam).
They should request the Hong Kong Bribery Investigation to check their account.
ONE QN:
Why does Anita’s mother Mrs. Mui (Tam Mei Kam) need the money right now?
This "Trust Fund" is supposed to be a living expense uses & not an "Investment" uses.
Does Anita’s mother Mrs. Mui (Tam Mei Kam) even care about her own fresh & blood daughter’s thought.
Anita must be very sad when she left this world, look how cruel her own mum has made.

Update on 3 TVXQ members vs. SM Entertainment

Still no agreement between three members of TVXQ (Hero Jae-Joong, Micky Yoo-Chun, Xiah Joon-Soo) and SM Entertainment.
On May 7th the court continued case of TVXQ’s lawsuit to nullify their exclusive contract with SM Entertainment. During the day, SM Entertainment argued that the profit dividing ratio between the company and the members is not that bad compared to the dividing ratio used from other entertainment companies in Korea. SM Entertainment also argued that the previous result of the lawsuit only granted a limited freedom for the members and that their separate contract with AVEX is a serious violation of their exclusive contract with SM. On the other side, three members of TVXQ argued that both the length of time period and the profit dividing ratio were not legally fair.
The court wanted to find a compromising point that both sides could agree upon but failed to do so. The court will decide whether to open up a retrial (requested by SM) based on the day’s hearing and evidences submitted from SM entertainment.

Korean Artisits Drug Abuse scandal puts a movie maker in panic

We reported today that singer/movie actor Mr. Kim was charged for use of marijuana and methamphetamine. It was also revealed that he was about to star in a new movie, which drove the makers of that movie into a panic.

The makers of this movie that Mr. Kim was supposed to be the main actor for are facing an emergency situation as they must find a new main actor. Everything was good to go up until now, and they were supposedly only a few days away from crank-in; they had even performed traditional rituals to ward off any bad luck. A staff commented, “Mr. Kim even put on a mini concert at the ritual to show his initiative… this is so unfortunate.”

Neither Mr. Kim or his management company can be reached at this moment and they are said to be having a meeting on damage control.

Netizens had suggested that police description for Mr. Kim, which is 24-year-old singer/movie actor, perfectly fits Taegoon. We had reported back in April that Taegoon was selected as the main actor for upcoming new movie Piano Above the Sea.

Jang Ja Yun’s Manager Speaks Out About Secret Abuse

Recently deceased Boys Over Flowers actress Jang Ja Yun past and possible reasons for her suicide are beginning to surface.

First it was reported that she died of depression and there were even reports saying that her manager stated she was murdered, well, that might be true... to some extent.

It has now been exposed that the up and coming actress was beaten and forced to sleep with the Production Director (PD). Her manager is now revealing the gruesome first hand accounts of the suffering and assaults against her, despite her family not wanting this information to be leaked. Jang Ja Yun hand wrote documents listing her tragedies. Before her death, she asked her manager to expose the person responsible for her attacks. She told him she didn't want her family to think she died of just depression but from something far worse.

The manager has yet to reveal more specifics regarding the documents but he did state the contents to be very shocking and disturbing. He only said so far that there were incidents at room saloons and bars, and being forced to sleep with the PD. Other abuse include being physically beaten with water bottles and receiving threatening text messages. All this abuse took place in the past year and even just week before she committed suicide, she went to the head of her company to ask for help from the harassment. But she was beaten and told to just endure it.

She confessed in her letters that she was forced to do the dirty deeds, because she had no money and was emotionally weak. Jang Ja Yun's manager made a public statement that although exposing her truth to the police and media is going against her family's wishes, he wants to see the person pay / punished for her death.

The manager is cooperating with police to bring the PD in question to justice. Currently, the PD is in Japan.

It's been reported that the manager has tried to commit suicide also after revealing this statement and is currently hospitalized. He tried to commit suicide to avoid any backlash from exposing the truth about Jang Ja Yun.
