Is SM Entertainment blocking JYJ from appearing on Korean TV?

JYJ has taken first place on many music charts, but none of the members have been broadcast on Korean shows lately. They haven't been able to come out on any of shows on the main three broadcasting companies' for over three months. The only shows they have been on in Korea are Yoochun's former drama "Sungkyunkwan Scandal," the "KBS News Time," the "KBS Drama Awards," and "KBS Vivid Information."

C-Jes Entertainment said, "There are no calls for variety shows. Even if they are, in the end they end up being canceled, so we don't anticipate any of those. I've heard that the variety section was told not to feature any of the JYJ members. I feel like they're getting blocked intentionally."

Incidents include SBS' "Bae Kiwan, Choi Youngah, Cho Hyungki's Good Morning." JYJ was on the show and the air date was set for January 5th, but the date has been pushed back to a later date. MNet's "Lee Hyori's Off the Record" has also asked JYJ to be on the show, but later on canceled. TVN asked Yoochun to be a guest on their talk show, but was also cancelled. SBS and KBS had interviewed them on the JYJ-SM relationship, but did not air the segment. They were also set to perform at the Blue Dragon Awards, but again, was cancelled.

SBS explained that they did interview them, but there was nothing newsworthy about the story. MNet explained that JYJ had talked to an insider, but that the story was immediately rejected and that there was no plans to air it from the beginning. SM Entertainment denied all accusations and said, "We have no power inside the broadcasting companies. That is all up to the broadcasters."

The PDs of the broadcasters had explained that JYJ and SM are still having legal problems, and that they did not want to cast any problematic celebrities and cause anger amongst not only fans and viewers but also the companies. They explained that it was the same case with JYP and Jay Park. As even a mention of Jay Park by JYP caused endless controversies back and forth, the producers have a legitimate point.

Many agree that SM Entertainment is telling the truth when they claim to not be sabotaging JYJ's chances to be on air. They place the blame on the producers of the shows, who are afraid that SM may do something if JYJ is cast and would rather not take that risk.

However, the blame can't be put on the producers either. If SM Entertainment does act, then all three broadcasters would suffer immense consequences. On MBC's side, Girls' Generation's Seohyun and f(x)'s Victoria would be pulled from "We Got Married", Super Junior's Siwon would be pulled from "Icon", Super Junior's Heechul would leave "Radio Star" and SHINee's Onew and Minho would be pulled from "Show! Music Core". SBS would lose Super Juniors' Leeteuk, Eunhyuk and Shindong from "Strong Heart", not to mention multiple celebrities on "Star King" and KBS would see SHINee's Minho leave "100 Points," which is, from their point of view, not beneficial at all.

When you have a case where everyone is just looking out for their own interests, who do you place the final blame on?

JAPAN BANNED JYJ from Performing ON TV Broadcast!

It is an unofficial report about of JYJ is being "BAN" from all media for example, news, newspaper, TV broadcast, dramas, radio and many other medias. When the news of 80,000 audience "SOLD OUT" concerts were held at OSAKA, SAPPORO,TOKYO and more location, none of the Japan media had reported it.
JYJ FANS DONATED 8.38 TON OF RICE, ENOUGH TO FEED THE MOUTHS OF 70,000 PEOPLE
Pasted from <http://www.hellokpop.com/2010/10/14/jyj-fans-donated-8-38-ton-of-rice-enough-to-feed-the-mouths-of-70000-people/>
These are "Good Deed" and yet the Japanese has no gratitude towards the JYJ's supporters. I am wondering should we continue to help this country continuously?

That is the awaken call that I feared AVEX has controlled the whole of Japan media. Is this crucify of JYJ going to last forever? I wonder is money so important that "Justice" is no longer needed in the Japan. Since Japan needed a whole lot of money and power to fix their own mistake for building the Nuclear Power Plant (melting), caused by earthquake. By the way, Japan is restarting the Nuclear Power Plant even the nuclear waste is not in the safety level, they let the children made a playground at there. Unfortunately, the present Japan is weak with such a need of money and power, so SM Entertainment took adventure of the situation using "Money" and the contact deal of "SNSD" to  bribe the Japan AVEX. With the help of AVEX of cause the deal went smoothly with a few optical .

How would you think of the Japan right now?
Would want to sign a contact with AVEX or SME with a 13 years contact with same salary?

DO NOT SIGN CONTACT WITH SME THEY ARE SLAY CONTACTORS! Corruption might be involve. What do u think pass the law?

> The biggest contributing factor to Kpop’s widespread success is the long term contracts:
Lee Soo Man became the first person in the Korean entertainment industry to implement a systematic and scientific management system. He picked trainees to foster into idol stars, who all signed 13-year contracts. By doing this, he essentially became the principal of a school of talented students.
However, these long term contracts have been controversial and often referred to as ‘slave contracts’ (after negotiations with the Fair Trade Commission, the length of the contract term has been reduced to 7 years if artists are only promoting within Korea, 10 years if going overseas). 13 years is a long time to the trainees, but it’s also a long time for the management as well, since they are making a 13 year promise to take responsibility in transforming the trainees into stars.
Lee Soo Man cited these long term contracts as the biggest contributing factor to K-Pop’s widespread success all over the world.

Even the Government allow this.
I don't know how much money or profit the SME given to the government, but this is wrong!
What the hell is wrong with the Government system?
Are they really needed so much money and power they have forgotten that "Human Right"?
I mean that they are just using innocent teenage to sign contact without them knowing of their rights.
First of all, teenage usually do not know a lot of things because lack of knowledge, plus their parent are usually not so smart at all and poor.
YOU BASTARD! LEE SOO MAN USED the innocent teenage to make MONEY!
Worst of all, the inhuman Korea Government Law system allow this to happen.
JUST DEAD!
There might be a corruption going on or else how would they just amend the law. I mean everybody who knows Korea knew that there is always a corruption in the Government system. Ah ha! That remind me the the suicide case of Korean actress "Jang Ja-yeon" who was force to have sex with 31 men including the Government personalises that was truly amazing that how corrupted the Government System is, until now it is still not settle. I would say that they only know how to blame and not settle the problem. Too corrupted to be help. No wonder the citizens are not happy with the Government. So sad.

They dare to use TVSQ/DBSG/DBSK as an example how they have push the poor 5 men into a weak little dogs in 8 years time. Now they have "red eyes" all over JYJ's stealing their market shares by forcing the Japan AVEX (SNSD's deal) to stop JYJ activities. I mean they even now stop the TV broadcast of JYJ.
Now SNSD will regret later on that they have sign such a contact because you can't marry or have a normal date at all through out the 13 years contact. "13 YEARS!"

TVQS the Love, the Hate, & the Unbearable Separation 111016 Maximum TVXQ DANCE PRACTICE

From this video, we can see that the "Maximum" was mean to be all 5 members to sing. Unfortunately, JYJ wanted to go international rather then staying in only Japan & Korea & Asia market. I must say it is the right decision at least there are more people around the globe know TVXQ through JYJ. The songs that JYJ produce is so much like their style of music, instate of being a copycat style. They voice out their feeling through the songs they have written. This show us that they still human being, just like us.

LOVE:

Jaejoong who love directing is now, doing his directing their JYJ's Concert Stages.
Yoochun who love acting is now, acting in a few dramas but because of the obstacle from SM Entertainment, KBS is under fire between SME and the JYJ's Fans.
Junsu who love musical performance is now, doing his musical play "Mozar!" or "Tears of Heaven".
Now, they are flying in the sky with limitless space for them to move on.

HATE:

The song "Maximum" that you had just heard is for 5 members to sing but now you know why there is a hate going on. The SME originally wanted 5 members to promote this song but ending up to change this song to 2 members sang it. Changmin is having a hard time singing it, 2/3 of the song is sang by him (need more staminate). This song "Maximum" is actually similar to the song " Rising Sun" 2:20. When Jaejoong got his leg injured, he was so depressed. Thanks to the man in mask for helping with the firming.
I bought the CD/VCD that why I clearly remember. They are my first KPOP artists, I bought.
Check it out!

HATE:

I do not know why at this time they let this video out. May be SME wanted to steal the JYJ's market share, or Yunho or Changmin wanted to tell JYJ, they still wanted to be together. Unfortunately, they don't have the guts to do this at all. I think is the SME told them to do "it". SME well know a control freak entertainment company. Do you know that they even take away your own handphone from you and check your calls and sms? No privacy! I heard this from"SHINEE" members and they think that it is all right?!! Look at how they have washed their brains. I pity them. They look like "Dog" being control by the "Owner". They are "Human Beings". What the hell!

PT:

What had happened happened.
We can't change the past.
Now we can do is change for a better future and don't make the same mistake.

WARNING!

Japan right now is trying to start their Fukushima Nuclear Power Plant again which the radiation is still in none safety level. They even let their own children playing in the "None safety" Zone. MY GOD! These people are crazy. The government is beyond hope.
http://sg.news.yahoo.com/nuclear-contamination-found-beyond-japan-no-zone-002735858.html
AVEX is not helping the country. I mean they are the "TOP" earning in JAPAN. I wonder...
Why did they stop JYJ from doing "Donation" Concerts?
$$$ "MONEY THOSE ARE OUR MONEY!" I think this is what is in their mind.

SEPARATION:

To: JYJ

Even we are separated; you will always be in my mind
Whenever, wherever you go.

Just let it be and fly as far as you can reach to reach the Heaven.
Hope will always be your side.
Remember, you are my Hope.
I will always be your side.
