Their soaring high popularity is further cemented with a hit teen drama, Black Sugar Macchiato. As witnessed during their showcase at Luna Bar in Singapore, hordes of screaming teenage girls (some of them have been denied entry 'coz there is no room to swing a cat) have pledged their devotion to Lollipop. No kidding. Some of their die-hard fans have flown in from Hong Kong just for the event. "We grew up with our fans on the show (Lollipop)," the band reason out. "They could see that we are sincere and friendly to them. We make our fans happy." On why Lollipop is such a huge girl magnet, the boys say, "Like a lollipop, we're nice to eat and play with." "We give a different feel to boybands. Coming from a reality show, we've learned hard and be able to do everything. We must say that we bring fun, happiness and humour to our female fans."

The Lollipop Mania Has Begun
They are cute. They are fun. They are multi-taskers. Meet Lollipop, the latest flavour of Taiwan. Comprising Owodog (26), Lil Jay (22), A-Wei (23), Fabien (23), Prince (19) and William (23), these singing, dancing, acting and hosting talents were first put together by CHANNEL [V] through its reality show of the same title. But the Lollipops are quick to dismiss that they are the next F4. "We are not like F4," the boys say in an interview in Singapore. "They are much taller and better looking than us. We don't set out to be teen idols. We just want to be ourselves."Tough luck, guys. You are already the new teen idols in this part of the world. Their soaring high popularity is further cemented with a hit teen drama, Black Sugar Macchiato.
