According to reports, Barbie's net worth surged after her wedding. At the beginning of the year, she was worth TWD$1.5 million ($65,000). However, the price of her appearance begins at TWD$4 million ($170,000) now.
There was talk about Barbie's endorsement fees tripling after her engagement to Chinese businessman Wang Xiaofei. Before marriage, she was worth about TWD$2 million ($86,700). However, the actress banked in millions of dollars from her endorsement of the Yung Ho Soya Bean Milk franchise, successfully turning her into an international star.
Barbie was asked about her plans after the wedding on the day of the event. She expressed that she would definitely consider having a baby of her own, but there were no solid plans at the moment.
Happiness was evident on the actress as she talked about her feelings after marriage. Barbie let on that she recently moved to a new home and apart from missing her husband, she hoped that her movies would be released quickly, so that she would have more time for her family.
Barbie had been working nonstop this year. The movies she shot previously in China are being released consecutively. She is also currently filming The Kingdom, Giant Looking for Millions and Wei Shi Lu.
