Vicki Zhao keeps mum on Singapore citizenship
Princess Pearl star Vicki Zhao is keeping mum about applying for citizenship in Singapore despite having lived here for almost one year.
Zhao, who married Chinese property magnate Huang You Long in 2008, has close ties to Singapore – she recently gave birth to her baby daughter in April at Gleneagles Hospital and she is also believed to be a Singapore Permanent Resident.

JYJ’s first worldwide studio album ‘The Beginning’ release holds an open autograph session
Interpark is organising the autograph session to convey their thanks for the fans that waited and to celebrate their first studio album released simultaneously around the world on October 12th, the worldwide JYJ showcase and to finish the super successful concert at Jamsil Stadium.
Two book signings are in progress at Interpark bookstores. With the purchase of JYJ worldwide Limited Edition of The Beginning (New Limited Edition), 200 people will be selected by lottery ticket presented for the autograph. Vision Factory holds fourth United Dance Festival
On February 13, 2011, Vision Factory is holding its fourth “RISING DANCE FESTIVAL“.
Special guest performances by DA PUMP, w-inds., Lead, Daichi Miura, and Nobuyama Toshihiro.
There are scheduled to be dance performances by DA PUMP DANCERS, w-inds. DANCERS, Lead DANCERS, Daichi Miura DANCERS, Nobuyama DANCERS, and there will also be other dance performances from yet to be named dance crews.
The last United Dance Festival was held on September 2rd3 at the Tokyo International Forum, and it included Vision Factory male groups as well as the Kids dancers. The UDF was originally created so that people could focus on dancing rather than artists performing at an event.
For those of you who don’t remember Nobuyama Toshihiro, he is former member of the group, DASH.

JYJ : To Perform At 2010 KBS Drama Awards
Korean boy band JYJ, composed of former TVXQ members Jaejung, Yuchun and Junsu, will likely take the stage at the 2010 KBS Drama Awards, making it the first time they will perform on television since debuting as a trio.
“It’s not 100% confirmed as of yet but we in currently in talks with JYJ for a congratulatory performance during the 2010 KBS Drama Awards,” a high-ranking official from KBS said. ”It would be great if they performed the song ‘Calling You’ from the drama ‘SungKyunKwan Scandal’ since Yuchun gave such a memorable performance in the drama.”
He went onto explain that they are fine-tuning on several details including how many songs JYJ will sing at the awards ceremony.

Artist Vivian Hsu said today, she won’t be like Big S having a flash engagement, where love needs to have a contract (meaning wedding certificate) is really strange, it’s fine when two people have an agreement together, it’s not necessary to must have a contract, except if there’s a child, the child needs to have security then I will sign it. Today Vivian went to Shen Chun Hua’s program to promote the new film “Juliet”. The already 35 year old Vivian admitted that there are no potentials yet. But Vivian has also said, if she’s pregnant, then she’ll sign (marry), if not she won’t sign if not pregnant. She said love is really strange if you have to sign a contract, as long as too people together have an agreement then that’s fine, it’s not necessary to have to sign, unless there was a child, then to give the child security will sign it.

Blackie Chen & Fan Fan Finally Engaged

The ceremony was wrapped up with a special photo-taking session with their fans. Barbie Hsu and Wang Xiaofei’s property rejection
The newly wedded couple’s option to purchase an apartment in Kunming was rejected
They may be the most talked about celebrity couple now but not are all welcoming Barbie Hsu and new hubby Wang Xiaofei with open arms.
On Nov 28, a netizen revealed that Barbie and her husband had intended to buy an apartment in Kunming but were rejected.
The rejection created uproar amongst property industry players, who were curious about the developer which refused the popular celebrity. At the same time, they wondered if the couple was planning to venture into business in Kunming.
Both Barbie and Xiaofei could not be contacted for comment. Their mothers, who usually speak on their behalf, were also unavailable. Finally, the media contacted a rep for Xiaofei's mother Zhang Lan, who expressed that he was unsure of Xiaofei's personal matters.
In a separate report, Xiaofei was seen showing up to support Barbie who was shooting a commercial with sister, Dee in Shanghai on Nov 27. During her break, Barbie joined her husband, who did not hide his affections by placing his arm around her waist.
Barbie is believed to be paid an astronomical sum for the commercial. When contacted, Barbie's assistant refused to comment on how much Barbie was paid. The assistant also refused to confirm if Xiaofei was on set that day.
Xiaofei was said to have returned to Beijing alone after accompanying his wife at her shoot. He was also criticised for being unkind after ignoring a beggar, who had asked for payment after cleaning his car at a red light.
Court rules in favor of Dee Hsu over lawsuit against Appledaily
Some might still remember Dee Hsu (Xiao S) and her husband Mike Hsu landed on the front page of Appledaily back in March. The newspaper reported that she had allegedly called the 113 helpline to report domestic violence. It claimed her case was forwarded to the Taipei Domestic Violence Prevention and Cure center. Following a visit from a social worker, the Hsu household was then deemed “high risk” by the center. Dee Hsu strongly denied the accusations and said she would sue Appledaily. The couple even met with reporters at the front of a police station (where Apple claimed she had filed a report) in an attempt to clear them name.
Over six months later, the Shihlin District Court determined that Appledaily failed to provide sufficient proof for the content it reported. JYJ ranks 5th on Billboard’s ‘TOP 10 best albums of 2010′ poll
The official Billboard site conducted an online voting poll over the past month, asking users to submit their opinions on this year’s best albums. Billboard unveiled the final results on December 8th and stated, “Singers from a variety of genres were placed in the TOP 10 this year.”
Although “The Beginning” was released in October, it still managed to lock down a solid position on the chart.

According to reports, Barbie's net worth surged after her wedding. At the beginning of the year, she was worth TWD$1.5 million ($65,000). However, the price of her appearance begins at TWD$4 million ($170,000) now.
