The teaser was quite weird.
The teaser for Wonder Girls’ first new song in the US, 2 Different Tears, has now been released and I have to say that it was quite awkward. It is said to be an upbeat retro 80s song. Rainie Yang voted sexiest Taiwanese star by US men's magazine
Rainie Yang's sweetie pie image now has international fans. The 26-year-old Taiwanese singer was voted as the sexiest Taiwanese female in US men's magazine Complex Magazine, thanks to her fresh and sweet appeal. The girl-next-door apparently is the hot favourite among American men. Rainie beat even the Taiwan's most famous legs, Lin Chi-ling. The supermodel-cum-actress with the baby doll voice was 5th place, lower than another cutie pie actress Ariel Lin, who's ranked 4th. The top 10 list of female stars are Rainie Yang, Megan Lai, Joe Chen, Ariel Lin, Lin Chi-ling, Barbie Hsu, Angela Chang, Bianca Bai, Coco Chiang, and finally, Cyndi Wang.
AI and Namie Amuro back for sexy R&B
The sexy pair performed together as part of SUITE CHIC in 2003 and ZEEBRA in 2006, but this is the first time for a song to be released under AI’ s name. 2010 also marks AI’s 10th anniversary on the music scene, and word is that she sounded Amuro out for her participation both publicly and privately.
“FAKE” is about a girl who has just been dumped by her man, and her talking about it with one of her girl friends. AI said: “This kind of thing would never happen to a girl like Namie, right? For that reason I thought it’d be interesting to have her on it.”
Amuro flashed a wry smile and said “I got more nervous than during my own recordings.”
“FAKE feat. Namie Amuro” goes on sale March 31.
Calvin had Meniere's disease
Calvin Chen was dizzy and lethargic While Wu Zun shaved his head, Fahrenheit's other member, Calvin Chen recently was having brain fever and became lethargic. When he woke up on the day before the performance at Shanghai, Calvin was cold sweating, dizzy, and vomiting, thus he was rushed to the hospital to get an injection to stop his vomiting. After being examined by the doctor, it's known that he suffered from Meniere's disease. It could be caused by having too much pressure, insufficient sleep, so the inner ear's lymphatic secretion became imbalanced. Last year in the middle of an autograph session, Calvin felt that his surroundings were turning so hard, and he couldn't even stand up, so he was rushed into the ICU. But he took it lightly, as he continued to work and work, and he only had the time to see the doctor when he's back in Taiwan when he found out that he suffered from the disease.
Ariel Lin to film 2 new idol dramas: Taiwanese version 'Coffee Prince' & 'Extravagant Challenge' with Super Junior's Siwon & Donghae
Last year, Jerry Yan, Ariel Lin were to team up with Director Niu to film idol drama ‘Extravagant Challenge’, and they went all the way to Japan to hold the press conference. Jerry even went to Japan for free to help promote. However, when they returned back to Taiwan, they were informed that the drama would not go ahead, and all their hard work was wasted. Later, there were rumours that the male lead was changed to Wu Zun, and this angered Jerry, and he quit the drama altogether.
Ariel Lin has not starred in an idol drama for quite some time, and fans even went to her management company to protest. Many fans wrote letters to her assistant, and they even directed angry comments at her manager on Ariel’s official website, complaining that their idol is an actress, not a singer. Recently, she is busy preparing for her second album, and also a travel photobook. At the earliest, she will begin filming ‘Extravagant Challenge’ in August. And as for the Taiwanese version of ‘Coffee Prince’, Ariel fell in love with the original Korean drama at the time, so she is definitely anticipating her own performance!

Tomoya Nagase stars in new Kudokan drama
TOKIO's Tomoya Nagase (31) is once again teaming up with screenwriter Kankuro Kudo (39) for a new drama series this summer. This will be their third one together, after "Ikebukuro West Gate Park" (2000) and "Tiger & Dragon" (2005).
Titled "Unubore Deka" ("Conceited Detective"), the show is an original comedy about an unusual detective (Nagase) who has a habit of falling in love with every female suspect, and his conceit leads him to believe that they are also in love with him. When he finds evidence of their crimes, he confronts them with an arrest warrant and a marriage proposal at the same time, giving them a choice between the two. Although his actual name will apparently not be mentioned during the show, he is known to everyone as "Unubore" for his conceit.
TBS says that they are lining up big-name actresses to play the guest role of the suspect for each episode. The network also hinted that there's even a case where the guest will be a male actor.
The regular supporting cast features Toma Ikuta (25) as an actor who is Unubore's friend, Mika Nakashima (27) as Unubore's ex-girlfriend, and Toshiyuki Nishida (62) as Unubore's father. The detective frequents a bar where he and a group of acquaintances are known as the "Unubore 5," consisting of Nagase, Ikuta, Jun Kaname (29), Ken Yahagi (38), and Mitsugoro Bando (54).
"Unubore Deka" will air on Friday nights at 10:00pm, starting in July
